In October 2017 Hannah Grace had the privilege of being accepted as one of 12 businesses to begin a journey of business and design development, called Threads. Over the course of the last 4 months, we have been exposed to various adjacent industries and inspring stories which have fed our imagination and vision for growth. One such experience was the visit to Hinterveld and SA Mohair. How fascinating it was to learn about the production of Mohair and to learn that the best quality Mohair is produced locally in SA! Mohair isn’t the natural choice for maternity wear, however we put our minds to design and figured a way to incorporate this beautiful fabric into our garments, whilst still remaining true to our versatility.
